Welcome to HOWL. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services related to the manufacturing and sale of office chairs and furniture. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Products
- We manufacture and supply office chairs and related furniture products. Product specifications, colors, dimensions, and materials may slightly vary from images shown on the website.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Price is Ex-Factory and does not include packaging or cartage. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes will be charged additionally at the rate applicable. Full or partial advance payment may be required before production or dispatch. Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after production has started.
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to logistics or manufacturing delays. The customer must provide accurate delivery information. Risk of damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.
We provide warranty only against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper handling
- Damage due to misuse or unauthorized repairs
- Does not cover chrome/powder coating/polish and rexine/fabric.
- Warranty period: 2 Years
- Replacement requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. Damaged or defective products must be supported with photographs/videos. Customized products are non-returnable unless defective.
- All website content, product designs, logos, images, and materials are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Customers may request:
- The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

- Not to misuse the website
- Not to provide false information
- Not to engage in fraudulent activities
Customers agree:
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
